If your User contract is still active please contact your Teamleader who should send a request by email to the User's Office (email: Users.Office@cern.ch) to close your participation in the CERN Database.

Step 2 : Procedure with the CMS Secretariat

Regarding the CMS database, your Team Leader should set you as Ex-member using the following link:
