NEWS: Covid - 19

As from Monday 11th, 2021, the CMS secretariat will be opened every Tuesday morning from 08h30 to 12h30 and Thursday afternoon from 13h30 to 17h30.

Please note hat the PPE kit can be picked up as before, from Bld 40/R-B10. (There should be bags pre-prepared containing 10 masks and 1 gel dispenser (meant to cover 3 weeks of needs for someone planning to come in for 1-2 days /week) .
Please mark on the sheet what you picked up. If you noticed that the stock is getting low , please inform us.  We do not expect problems with the stock but please take only the necessary amount. Please note: once you finish the gel please do not throw away the bottle, but return it to the pick up point when you go to get a new one. They will be reused!)

For security reason, we kindly remind you that:
- The hand sanitiser is at your disposal at the entrance of the secretariat and it MUST be used before entering
- Wearing a mask is compulsory
- Keeping a physical distance of two metres and avoiding physical contacts is highly recommended
